We are fully operational now! First Brew took place yesterday with all systems performing great!

We will be at the Austin Beer Fest March 31st then The Texas Beer Festival in Houston April 28th! Please come out and say Hi!

Got our TABC license !! Brew equipment arriving over the next few weeks so we are really looking forward to being operational first part of next year! The process has taken several years from inception but really exciting knowing our interpretation of great craft beer will be available in the Texas Hill Country Soon! ****Fresh! Local! Hand Crafted Beer!****

Our licensing is in progress and we are on course for December this year for the completion. We are still waiting on the majority of our equipment but it looks like this week the manufacturer will start production! with the BOOM in the craft brewing industry everything seems to be back logged!

The Big Bend IPA has really taken form! We are hoping for the first part of 2012 to offer tastings… we will keep you posted! Cheers!

April 23rd 2011 – Pilot system has arrived

The Pilot system is a 15 gallon brewing system used for recipe formulation, this avoids waste and the end product will be perfected for you.

April 20th 2011 – Firm date on the delivery of the brew kettle August 24th, Fermenters and Brite tanks soon after.
