Independent small craft brewery and artisanal pizzeria. We started up as a brewery in 2012, after Open The Taps helped change legislation we opened a small taproom. 6 years later we bought the farm next door and began this work in progress to create a chill venue for those seeking a tasty fresh brew. We added a pizzeria in March of 2021. We later added a grill. We continue to focus on small batch brews and handmade foods. Everyone is welcome here. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. We do not allow running and we use inside voices at all times. Respect your fellow guests. We all want peace in our life. Relaxation and taste bud delights, live music and beautiful foliage is our thing here. Come here to eat, drink, find a chill place to visit with friends and the option for live music is sometimes Wednesday and Friday - Sunday. Our Venue is large. Ordering food varies on different days. Sometimes food orders are placed inside Solms Halle, and after 5 pm Thursday & Friday order for grill and pizza kitchen are placed at the pizza kitchen counter. You will be texted when your order is ready for pick up if you ordered from the Pizza Kitchen Menu. If you ordered items from the Grill Menu the bartender will give you a Number to place on your table. Grill items will be brought to your table. We have different areas - Pizza Kitchen Garden. Guadalupe Halle taproom, Stage/Beer Garden, Solms Patio, Solms Taproom, and Smoking Area. Coming Soon table service inside Solms Halle and Solms Patio. **Pets are welcome. ** Designated Smoking/Vaping Area. No outside food or drinks allowed. Please pick up after your dog. Thank you.
